Memory changes

DocumentItA private documentation platform in development
DocumentIt is being developed to help people preserve clear, honest, organized records while the details are still fresh.
You provide the memory. DocumentIt provides the structure. Integrity protects the record.
Concept renderingWhy DocumentIt
Dates, exact words, sequences, and commitments can become harder to recall as time passes.
Notes, emails, screenshots, documents, and follow-ups often live in different places without a clear timeline.
When an event is stressful, it can be difficult to separate what happened from how it felt and explain it neutrally.
It does not help users manufacture a better story; it helps them preserve the most accurate record they can honestly create.
If something is not known or remembered, it should not be invented to fill the blank.
The structure
A guided framework for recording an event clearly, chronologically, and honestly.
When and where it happened
What occurred
Everyone involved or present
What each person did, said, or promised
How the event affected the person or situation
Supporting records, follow-ups, and what happened afterward
Currently in development
DocumentIt is in the research and pre-launch stage. Early work will focus on customer discovery, name and trademark clearance, privacy and security planning, product design, prototype testing, and development of the physical DocumentIt notebook.
The planned platform will help users capture information by typing, speaking, or scanning handwritten notes; organize records chronologically; connect statements to supporting material; and refine writing for clarity without changing its meaning. Original words will remain preserved.
